Creamy Namibia local oysters as good as Sydney Rocks
It
may have been the suckling pig that first caught my eye, but the purity of form and colour of the local Namibian oysters I saw Chef David shucking at the other end of the pool that got me started. And to add some fleshy Alaskan King Crab legs to my plate made for the start of the incredible feast. No BBQ items in sight for me . . . at this stage!
