Life’s not so tough all the time along the Camino.
Today we take time out from learning. Instead we take the picnic boxes specially prepared in the kitchens of Hotel Marqués de Riscal into a park in the little village of Santo Domingo de Silos nestled in the countryside of Castille.
Jamon! Pan! Vino! Spanish!
After lunch, we walk to the Monastery and listen to the monks pray the Vespers in Gregorian Chant, before continuing on to the next town on the Camino, León.
